Dried Flower Petals - 1-2 petals of each color/type you wanted to include
Ashes - 1/2 teaspoon per item
Hair lock - minimum 1 inch long and 2mm thick
How do I send my inclusions?
All inclusions need to be triple bagged with your first/last name and order number written on the outside. Customer is responsible for packing and shipping inclusions to address provided upon purchase. You may also drop off if local to Monroe, NC.
DO NOT SEND THE LAST OF ANYTHING! The Passion Pour is not responsible for any items or inclusions lost or damaged during shipping.
When will I receive my order?
My current turnaround time is 12 weeks starting when I receive the inclusions. If for any reason, I anticipate surpassing the 12 weeks I will contact you with an estimated time frame.
Please understand that all pieces and settings are handcrafted and may contain minor imperfections that do not affect the integrity of the finished design.
Please thoroughly inspect the item and alert me within seven days if you have any issues or concerns. Remakes are at discretion of the designer. Due to the custom nature of keepsake items, orders are non-refundable.
